Answering a few queries that you may have
Our Splashbacks and Radiator Covers are 6mm in thickness and other products are 4mm.
All our glass is toughened and low iron.
Toughened glass (also known as tempered glass) goes through a special heat treatment process that increases its strength and durability. This makes it ideal for kitchens and bathrooms. Unlike some other materials, toughened glass keeps its pristine appearance.
Low iron glass emits additional light, making it ultra-clear to produce ultimate clarity. Perfect for ensuring printed images are razor sharp and that colours are shown in their true hues and maximum brightness.
Yes, all of our splashbacks can be safely fitted behind a heat source. Produced in toughened glass they can be installed behind any hob or cooker and can withstand temperatures of up to 400°C.
Silicone is a more popular choice. Since the splashback is adhered at the back of the glass, this option means that there is a flush finish on the face of the splashback. If using adhesive, we recommend that you use low modulus, neutral core silicone which you can purchase from us. Other sealants may cause a reaction with the paint or print on the back of the glass splashback.
Splashbacks with fixing holes and screws can be removed more easily, so are perfect if you would like to change the splashback. The fixing holes will be placed 30mm in from each edge.
We add silver backing to our printed splashbacks for a high quality finish and to further to protect the print.
The backing should remain on the glass. If it is not sealed and water or moisture is allowed to seep in, it can erode the print finish.
Our lead time is 7-10 working days from order. Our glass department will prepare your order to be Cut, Polished and Toughened. It will then be packed ready to ship to you.
Once you place your order a confirmation invoice will be emailed to you containing the estimated date of delivery.
Due to the nature of the material, glass cannot be guaranteed against breakage or surface scratches.
The paint and print finish is guaranteed for 10 years against fading and discolouration (please note that this does not apply to Worktop Savers, Placemats, Coasters or Photo Prints).
We recommend the use of a proprietary non-abrasive glass cleaner and a soft lint free cloth to clean the glass.
Apply some glass cleaner to a cloth and wipe until clean.
DO NOT USE METAL SCRAPERS ON THE SURFACE OF THE GLASS.
Shapes are available to select on the website however, if you can’t see what you are looking for, please contact us.
In short, they look beautiful, they are hygienic & easy to maintain and they are strong & durable.

No, once the glass is toughened no cutting or drilling can be undertaken. Toughened glass is specifically designed to distribute pressure and will shatter if the tension within the glass is fragmented.
All cutting and drilling must be made prior to the toughening process.
Our products are bespoke to each order. This includes stock sizes as they are made to your specifications when you choose the artwork or paint colour/finish therefore, if you change your mind, returns/refunds are not possible.
Any items damaged in transit should be noted at time of delivery and, if possible, delivery should be refused and returned.
Should a fault not be apparent until after opening, please let us know as soon as the fault is noticed - and before the product has been installed. Please then email over a photo/photos of the fault by the end of the following day of receiving the item. We will investigate all reported faults without undue delay.
If your splashback does not fit, no refund will be given if the glass measurements match the measurements on your invoice/email therefore, when ordering, do please check the sizes carefully. Please note that the Glass Industry standard tolerance is +/- 2mm.
